The 2009 Atlantic Cup known as the Hotels of Jacksonville Atlantic Cup for sponsorship purposes, was a rugby league football tournament held on 14 November 2009 at the University of North Florida in Hodges Stadium, Jacksonville. This inaugural contest was a single test between the USA and Jamaica. If the event is deemed a success, other developing rugby league nations may compete in the future such as South Africa and Japan.
