The Kiwis will be without prop Roy Asotasi for the inaugural Four Nations rugby league tournament in November.

Asotasi has torn the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during the Rabbitohs' upset 36-22 win over Manly at Brookvale Oval.

The 27-year-old is expected to be out of action for at least six months.

It is another cruel blow for Asotasi as he missed the Kiwis' World Cup triumph last season because of a chest injury

Damn the guy has the worst luck, it's hard to come back from an ACL.

Also out from the match in Rotorua against Tonga...
